  • Long edible bean leaves* - 1 bunch (about a loving cup when chopped together with packed tightly)

  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Raw rice - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric pulverization - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves (optional)
  • Green chilly - 1-2 (optional) 
  • Sea tabular array salt - every bit per taste
  • Shredded kokosnoot - 1/2 cup
Directions:
  • Chop the greens overnice together with thin. 
  • Heat kokosnoot fossil oil together with add together mustard seeds. When they pop, add together rice together with stir till they plow slightly golden. 
  • Immediately add together the chopped greens stirring good mix everything.
  • Add turmeric together with gear upwards covered for a few minutes till the greens are cooked together with soft. 
  • Meanwhile coarsely musical rhythm out the garlic together with dark-green chilly amongst the dorsum of a knife or using a mortar together with pestle. 
  • Add crushed garlic/chilly together with shredded kokosnoot together with tabular array salt together with mix well. Switch off.
  • Serve warm amongst rice. Enjoy!
