Ingredients:
- Yam - two (medium) (garnet yam, sugariness potato)
- Dried shredded coconut - 1 1/2 cup
- Flax repast (flax seeds powdered) - iv Tbs
- Arrowroot pulverization - iv Tbs
- EV Olive crude -2 Tbs
- Himalayan tabular array salt - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - from 1 medium lemon
- Dried oregano - 1 Tbs
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Directions:
- Peel too cutting yams into modest cubes. Add to a nutrient processor too procedure till finely chopped (almost similar a coarse powder).
- Add coconut, flax repast too arrowroot pulverization too move on processing till everything starts to combine too shape similar a dough.
- Add all remaining ingredients too mix well. Keep the dough aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Line a cookie canvass amongst parchment newspaper or silicon sheet.
- Spread the dough into an 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Bake at 350 degrees for virtually 45 minutes.
- Keep aside to cool too cutting into 8 squares virtually the size of a breadstuff slice.
- Serve amongst your favorite spread or operate to brand sandwiches.
