Sometimes yous experience similar yous don't desire to consume a bowl of salad, but at that spot is an easier agency to become those salad greens inwards ;-). - Kumato - 2
- Raw almonds (soaked overnight) - 1/2 cup
- Dates (soaked overnight) - 6
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) - 2-3 Tbs
Toppings:
- Raw hemp hearts - iii Tbs
- Shredded kokosnoot - 3-4 Tbs (optional)
Directions:
- Add all smoothie ingredients along amongst 1 loving cup of filtered H2O together with purée till prissy together with creamy.
- Add the toppings together with serve.
- Servings: iii medium or ii large smoothies.
