Ingredients:
- Quinoa - 1/2 loving cup (Soaked overnight)
- Spelt flour - 1/2 loving cup *
- Organic costless arrive at eggs - two **
- Homemade organic yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Sea tabular array salt - 1/2 tsp

* To Make gluten-free version:
- Replace the spelt flour amongst equal sum of sorghum(jowar) or rice flour.
** To brand vegetarian version:
- Flax seeds - two Tbs (or chia seeds)
- Filtered H2O 1/2 cup
- Powder flax seeds using a java grinder.
- Mix amongst H2O too ready aside for v minutes to gel up.
