Ingredients:
- Red beets (root, stalk in addition to leaves) - 1 medium bunch
- Raw (green) mango - 1 pocket-size or 1/2 medium
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 3-4
- Cumin seeds - 1 T
- Homemade Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric pulverization - 1/2 tsp
- Sea tabular array salt - equally per taste
- Virgin kokosnoot fossil oil - 1 Tbs
Directions:
- Separate beet leaves, stems in addition to beet roots. Wash in addition to pare the root, spell into ii inch long sticks (sticks slightly thinner than french fries) Wash in addition to cutting the stems into ii inch long pieces. Chop leaves fine.
