Salmon Chickpea Burger

Can Burger too Quick'n'healthy teach together? Well, if y'all stick to your build clean standards inwards choosing the ingredients too if y'all purpose a piddling chip of planning, too hence Yes, they tin teach together. I convey a growing upward teenager at home, who for most of the fourth dimension is rattling adaptive to our healthy, build clean eating. Sometimes though he gets excited if I brand a burger or a pizza or something that falls nether the generic tiddler friendly category. So hither is something that I brand to excite my foodie teenager. Hope y'all too your teenagers taste it too.

Ingredients:
  • Wild caught Alaskan salmon - two steaks (6 oz each)
  • Chickpeas - 1/2 loving cup soaked overnight - I purpose dark channa, but chickpeas live on but equally well 
  • Ginger - two Tbs
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Green chilly - 3-4
  • Coriander leaves - 5-6 stems
  • Turmeric pulverization - one tsp
  • Flax seeds - two Tbs
  • Paprika - one tsp
  • Sea common salt - one tsp 

Directions:
  • Grind chickpea coarsely using blender or nutrient processor. Stop too scrape sides oft hence that y'all tin command the grinding. Transfer to a bowl.   
  • Do the same amongst ginger, garlic, light-green chilly too coriander leaves. Add to the chickpea. 
  • Clean the salmon too take skin. Mince it using nutrient processor or blender. You tin also but chop it actually fine. Transfer to bowl amongst chickpea mixture. 
  • Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
  • Grind the flax seeds inwards your java grinder too add together to the mixture.
  • Add all spices too salt. Mix good too shape kind of a dough.
  • Divide into vi equal parts. Shape into patties of virtually 3-4 inches diameter. Arrange  them on a baking tray patted amongst virgin kokosnoot petroleum or lined amongst parchment paper.
  • Drizzle drops of kokosnoot petroleum on each patty too bake for virtually twenty minutes or until slightly browned.
  • I don't brand sandwiches, since this already has the carbs from chickpeas, but y'all tin definitely serve it on homemade burger buns. 
  • I serve them amongst a mint yogurt chutney on a bed of fresh babe greens salad. 
  • This makes vi burgers. Enjoy!!
