Ingredients:
- Organic hulled buckwheat - i loving cup (soaked for 24 hours)
- Unpasteurized apple tree cider vinegar - i Tbs (optional)
- Shredded kokosnoot - i cup
- Sea tabular array salt - 1/2 tsp
- Wash together with rinse buckwheat together with soak inwards i loving cup of filtered H2O for 24 hours. Optionally add together apple tree cider vinegar to the H2O to orbit an acidic soaking medium.
- Grind buckwheat along alongside soaking liquid, kokosnoot together with tabular array salt to a sparse batter. Add to a greater extent than filtered H2O if needed. (I add together most 3/4 loving cup more). Batter should travel a sparse batter for making crepes.

Ingredients:
- Avocado - ii (well ripened)

- Lemon juice - i Tbs
Directions:
- Separate the dill leaves from stem. Chop the tender stems real fine. Roughly chop the leaves.
- Take out meat from avocado together with mash good alongside a fork.
- Add all other ingredients together with whip well.
- Serve immediately, enjoy!!
