Ingredients:
- Raw almonds - a big handful
- Shredded kokosnoot - two Tbs
- Lemon grass -1 stalk
- Tamarind - i Tbs (tamarind seeds removed, non extract)
- Dates - 1-2
- Green chilly - 1-2
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Ginger - i Tbs (chopped)
- Apple cider vinegar - i Tbs
- Pink Himalayan tabular array salt - every bit per taste
- Soak almonds, tamarind as well as dates overnight or for a few hours.
- When ready to brand the sauce, add together the soaked ingredients to a blender jar. Add coconut, chopped garlic, ginger, lemon grass cutting into big chunks, apple tree cider vinegar as well as salt.
- Blend till squeamish as well as creamy.
- Add to your noodles.
- For a grain free, egg gratuitous as well as soy gratuitous version of Pad Thai every bit shown inwards the picture, I used steamed yam noodles along amongst unopen to raw carrot noodles. I served it on steamed collard leaves as well as topped amongst raw hemp hearts, chopped almonds as well as chopped fresh cilantro.
