Dry Ingredients:

- 1/2 loving cup Coconut shredded
- Grind flax seeds using a coffe/spice grinder
- Coarsely grind beaten rice using nutrient processor/dry blender
- Mix all dry out ingredients together
- Melt love together with kokosnoot crude over warm water
- Mix moisture ingredients together
- Add moisture to dry out together with mix well.
- Press into a 4X6 shallow drinking glass dish lined amongst parchment paper.
- Keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours together with cutting into 1 inch squares.
- I had almost 3/4 loving cup of the mix remaining, which I role every bit a topping for my breakfast smoothies or merely on plainly yogurt.
