Nutty Hemp Loose Energy Bites

Happy New Year!! Lets kickoff the yr energetically amongst these Nutty Hemp Energy bites.


These liberate energy bites are filled amongst practiced fatty from nuts & coconuts, omega-3's, fiber & calcium from chia seeds, together with practiced poly peptide from hemp seeds. This is practiced every bit an on-the-run breakfast, mid twenty-four hr menstruation snack, or pre-workout liberate energy bites. This is almost raw amongst slightly toasted nuts (for the nut butter) together with all other ingredients raw. It is too gluten-free since I used beaten rice together with is sweetened amongst a piddling flake of raw honey. As e'er own to role every bit much organic ingredients every bit possible.


Wet Ingredients:


Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Beaten reddish rice (Poha/Aval/Flattened rice)
  • 1/4 loving cup Chia seeds
  • 1/4 loving cup Flax seeds
  • 1/2 loving cup Hemp
  • 1/2 loving cup Coconut shredded



  • Grind flax seeds using a coffe/spice grinder
  • Coarsely grind beaten rice using nutrient processor/dry blender
  • Mix all dry out ingredients together
  • Melt love together with kokosnoot crude over warm water
  • Mix moisture ingredients together
  • Add moisture to dry out together with mix well.
  • Press into a 4X6 shallow drinking glass dish lined amongst parchment paper.
  • Keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours together with cutting into 1 inch squares.
  • I had almost 3/4 loving cup of the mix remaining, which I role every bit a topping for my breakfast smoothies or merely on plainly yogurt.
