  • Mustard seeds - i tsp
  • Green chilly - 1-2
  • Ginger - i inch piece
  • Red onion - 1
  • Tomato - i medium 
  • Veggies - i loving cup (chopped) (optional)
  • Shredded kokosnoot - i cup

  • Chop onion, ginger, greenish chillies, tomatoes too veggies if you lot are using any.
  • Drain amaranth too proceed aside. Discard the soaking water.
  • Heat kokosnoot petroleum too add together mustard seeds, when they popular add together chopped onion/ginger/green chilly.  Sauté till raw aroma goes away. Add a loving cup of water, chopped tomatoes too salt. Bring to a boil, cheque the common salt too suit if needed. 
  • Add drained amaranth too fix covered till H2O is completely absorbed , inwards near 15-20 minutes. 
  • Remove from open fire too add together shredded kokosnoot too proceed covered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Fluff amongst a fork too serve warm.
